Intellectual Property
Final delivered video assets become client property upon full payment. Project files, raw footage, and pre-delivery materials remain the property of Why Not Results unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The AI assistant on this site is for informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding agreement or contract. All commitments must be confirmed in writing by Why Not Results staff.
Limitation of Liability
Why Not Results is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Governing Law
